Once a sustainable economic process is started, we are aiming for a gender inclusive process. We have selfesteem workshops to validate our leading roll in our own development and in our community. Workshops are held three to four times a year.

Community development is held through the participation of our directive counsil in the District Counsils of Sustainable Developement which gather in Santiago de Anayas´ district offices. Our participation in these meetings refer to the organization of the districts´ strategic plans and the definition of our district priorities.
